Q. Do I need a prescription to order prescriptions medicines?

A.We require a valid prescription from a licensed physician for our prescription medicines. Please e-mail your prescription to support@dx-health.com

Once we receive your prescription, our physicians will review your prescription and your order will be dispatched. If the prescription is not provided within 14 days, the order will be delclined and the full refund will be issued. 

Q. How can I place an order?

A. If you need to make an order at our website you should choose the needed medication  and click "Add to cart" button.  At your shopping cart you can change the quantity of products, continue shopping or confirm your order by clicking checkout. After that you will be forwarded to our Order Form where you will have to create a new account at our online pharmacy. After creating an account you will be prompted to choose your delivery method, and then payment method. After that you will be redirected to the checkout page, where you should review your order, enter credit card information and press SUBMIT TRANSACTION button). If the transaction is successful, you will be forwarded to Order confirmation page. 


Q. Which methods of payment does your online pharmacy receive?

A. You can make an order at our website using Visa credit/debit card and E-check. Once your order is successfully processed, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail with your order details. Q. How can I cancel my order?


A. You can always cancel your order before your products are shipped. That's why you should contact us as soon as possible. We do not accept cancellation of your order when your order has already been shipped. Any disputes or chargebacks without letting us know with be treated as a fraud and will be forwarded to the Fraud Division of your Credit Card Company as well as FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division). Credit Card Fraud is a criminally liable act of crime.

Q. How can I get my money back?

A. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer support for help. If your parcel is seized by the Customs, make sure to let us know as soon as possible. We will provide a reship or full refund if the parcel is not delivered to you within 30 business days. We take no such responsibility if you provided us with an incorrect or insufficient delivery address. If you have moved since you placed your order, we suggest you contact your local post office to submit a change of address form. The post office will forward any packages if you have filled out a forward address form.

Q. Why are generic medicines so cheap?
A. Unlike generic drugs, a large part of the costs incurred by original manufacturers of brand name drugs are for research and development and advertising. The expense of obtaining FDA approval alone in the U.S. is enormous. Manufacturers of generic drugs do not have to absorb or recover these costs. Consequently, significant cost savings can be passed along to you.

Q. Why was my order cancelled?

  • Your first order is too big (more than 300$). Your first order should not exceed 300$)
  • The medication ordered is currently out of stock.
  • Double order. You have placed several identical orders. We will contact you on this issue as soon as possible.
  • Incorrect shipping address. We will not ship your orders to the addresses that do not exist
  • We can't ship to your country. We do not ship our medicines to certain countries like Sweden, Russia, India, China and others.


Q. Where can I get information about the tracking number?


A. Your tracking number is available in your account. If you don't see any tracking number in your "Order history", please contact us, we will provide you with the tracking number as soon as possible.
